AKA’s International Health & Wellness Committee hosted Joy as Resistance: Reclaiming Wellness, Power, and Possibility, an engaging workshop addressing critical health and wellness topics. The sessions featured Release the Pressure (RTP) and highlighted hypertension awareness, preeclampsia and the Still at Risk initiative, self-care, and caregiver wellness. Attendees received educational resources and practical information to support their health and well-being.
