Black Women's Expo 2025

Release the Pressure (RTP) participated in the 2025 Black Women’s Expo to engage directly with Black women and communities around heart health and blood pressure awareness. Through onsite engagement, educational resources, and community conversations, RTP connected attendees with information and tools focused on supporting healthier lifestyles and heart health management. Over 290 individuals signed up for the RTP newsletter to receive ongoing heart health resources, tools, and educational materials.
